HeartMath Senior Trainers Bring Heart Coherence to the United Nations as a Proven Method for the Inner and Outer Work of Peace Building

If ever there was a forum to discuss heart coherence and how this equates to increased peace, as well as how we can help bring more of this to the world, the United Nations is the ideal place to have this conversation.

We are honored to have had HeartMath represented as one of the very few presentations provided for the United Nations capacity building and knowledge workshops held at the 2019 High-level Political Forum on Sustainable Development (HLPF).

Robert Browning and Sheva Carr at the UN

Sheva Carr and Robert Browning, HeartMath co-directors & senior trainers, recently presented HeartMath science and techniques at this event in partnership with Heart Ambassadors, the Business Plan for Peace, Pathways to Peace, and the Center for International Development Law. Together, they provided a platform to discuss practical actions and best practices for empowering individuals through increasing personal coherence and creating peaceful societies through peer-to-peer collaboration and coherence.
