The certification program teaches a best-in-class, science-based workshop used by major hospital systems, Fortune 500 companies, and private trainers and consultants worldwide.

When you complete the certification program, you may also elect to incorporate any of the content into your existing training programs.

Team Training

If you work with teams, and are looking for a certification program that is designed for those who work with teams,  Activating the Heart of Teams Certification introduces the knowledge, concepts and skill sets for building team coherence.

The Coherence Advantage Program

These same tools provide the much-needed emotional and mental strength required to face defeat, resignation, fear, anxiety, frustration, and other challenges.

Certification Program Details

Overview:

Certification for The Coherence Advantage program is obtained through four individual, virtual mentoring sessions and five days of immersive training.

Phase One

• Completion of four private, virtual mentoring sessions with a HeartMath® Certified Mentor prior to attending the 5-day Certification program
• Introduction to the HeartMath Learning Center to download study materials
• Presentation videos of each of the modules for participants to study
• Mentoring sessions are required to receive certification

Phase Two

• Attend the 5-day online Certification Training for the Coherence Advantage workshop. Program includes:
  • Instruction on how to deliver the workshop or selected modules of your choice
  • Teach Backs with peers and a Teach Back Facilitator for two days including customized feedback (Obtaining certification is primarily based on these sessions.)
  • Overview plus Q&A on HeartMath science included in the workshop
  • Completion of program evaluation
• Training Materials Package (e-version)
  • Coherence Advantage Trainer Notes
  • PowerPoint slides, videos, and additional material
  • Program participant e-guidebook
  • Presentation videos of each of the modules for participants to study
  • Introduction to Trainer Resource website for promotional material and other resources

Phase Three

• Practice/Pilot Presentations
  • Deliver at least two practice sessions: one for friends or family and one to a professional group of your choice
  • Schedule a follow-up call with your HeartMath primary contact (the person who registered you)
• Experience continuing connection
  • Join the private Certified Professionals Facebook page
  • Attend regular calls with certified professionals
  • Receive email news for program updates, new developments, and support
  • Visit the comprehensive Trainer Resource website for promotional resources, articles, and marketing information
