1. I will Be Kind and Courteous

I commit to treating all members with respect, kindness, and heart-centered awareness. In this shared space, I will actively embody and model the heart attributes that align with the tools and resources we use, ensuring interactions are grounded in care and mutual appreciation.

2. Honor the Scope of My Certification

I acknowledge that each HeartMath Certification Program defines a specific scope of practice for using HeartMath’s intellectual property. I commit to operating within the designated scope of my certification(s) and my independent or organizational license agreement. I respect the integrity of all certification types and agree to uphold the responsible and ethical application of HeartMath’s intellectual property and resources.

3. Keep This a Heart-Centered, Promotion-Free Space

This community is a space for authentic sharing, learning, and mutual support—not for self-promotion. I agree not to use this platform for marketing my business, unsolicited solicitation, re-posting promotional content, or sharing external links without proper context, consent, or prior permission from the community hosts. My contributions will be in service of the collective learning experience rather than personal gain.

4. Communicate Openly and with Heart Awareness

I understand that this is a safe and inclusive space. I will engage in discussions with integrity and will refrain from using offensive language, or any form of energetically depleting communication. I will refrain from making divisive posts or comments related to race, religion, politics, sexual orientation, gender, or identity. Instead, I commit to honoring diverse perspectives, practicing discernment, and cultivating connection with heart sensitivity.

5. Support My Fellow Community Members

I recognize that this is a space for ongoing learning and expansion. I commit to remaining open, curious, and receptive to feedback. I will acknowledge and appreciate the unique contributions, actions, and gifts of others, fostering a culture of encouragement and shared wisdom.
