Five Time-Relevant Techniques to Help People Reduce Stress And Navigate A Rapidly Changing World

HeartMath Introduces a New Online Video Training Program for Consumers

Boulder Creek, California – November 14, 2019 – The speed at which the world is changing is challenging for the mind and emotions to keep up with. This often results in the loss of our better self to the clutches of stress. To address the increase of stress and anxiety, HeartMath has released a new online video program called, The HeartMath Experience; Connect with the Heart of Who You Truly Are. The program blends visually stunning cinematic textures with a warm and casual interactive learning experience with five time-relevant techniques people practice as they watch the program. HeartMath, is world-renowned for its research-based programs, techniques and technology to help people reduce stress and anxiety and increase personal resilience.

Much like watching a visually satisfying film, the HeartMath Experience weaves throughout it, a learning experience with techniques based on science that can help individuals navigate daily challenges with increased clarity and composure.

The HeartMath Experience online video program also provides viewers with the latest research on the connection between the physical and energetic heart and how it relates to our ability to quickly adjust our mental and emotional response to unexpected change.

In total the HeartMath Experience program runs 90-minutes, though the program is divided into 9-chapters giving the viewers the option to customize the pace of their learning experience.  The online program also provides bonus videos with excerpts of each technique learned so viewers can quickly and easily review these as needed later on.

In addition, each chapter has its own summary download as a pdf. These chapter summaries recap the key points and provide a quick review of the steps for each technique.

HeartMath Experts and Master Trainers present the five techniques in a manner that keeps the integrity of the film-like experience which enhances the learning process.

The HeartMath Experience ($29.95) was produced by Doc Childre, HeartMath founder, and HeartMath executive team members Deborah Rozman, Howard Martin and Owen Ward.

“Our goal was to develop something unique that would reach people outside of the organizational sectors that we work with,” said Howard Martin, Executive Vice President of HeartMath.

The five basic techniques in this program give people an important advantage by providing proven methods that enable us to stay balanced and composed in today’s unprecedented times. Research has also shown that these techniques for balancing the mind and emotions, as well as practicing compassionate care, can also enhance our immune system and boost our resilience.
