A new app to help people learn and apply HeartMath^® techniques and heart coherence.

How long will this take you?

This test experience will take approximately 20 minutes, plus 5 minutes to provide your feedback in a survey.

When should you test this experience?

We encourage you to use the app at your convenience over the next two weeks.

Instructions to Start Your Test

Review these instructions first, then tap this link from your Android phone which will take you to the HeartMath app.

Tap DOWNLOAD.

You may be asked to CHOOSE WHERE TO DOWNLOAD the app. Select the folder you want (for example, your Downloads folder) and click DOWNLOAD.

You may get a “File might be harmful” message – this is a standard message for files from unknown sources, and can be disregarded as it is coming from us. Please click DOWNLOAD ANYWAY.

Once it is downloaded, tap OPEN to open the app.

For Chrome users: You may get a message that “your phone is not allowed to install unknown apps from this source” with an option to open SETTINGS. Tap SETTINGS.

On the INSTALL UNKNOWN APPS page, toggle option to ALLOW FROM THIS SOURCE.

You will be asked, “Do you want to install this app?” – Tap INSTALL.

A message APP INSTALLED appears – tap OPEN.

Once you have the app open, Tap “Create New Account.” Note: please do not “Sign In” — you must select “Create New Account” for this test.
