Dr. Culbert co-created, with an interdisciplinary team, one of the first full service integrative pediatrics programs at Children’s Hospitals and Clinics of Minnesota where he served as Medical Director from 2001-2010.
He wrote a series of four books for children on holistic self-care titled, Be the Boss of Your Body.
Dr. Culbert also developed innovative training in integrative therapeutics for nurses working in pediatric medical and mental health settings.
He is an instructor for the HeartMath Interventions Training Program for Health Professionals.

Dr. Gharbo completed his specialty training in physical medicine and rehabilitation at Ohio State University. In addition to practicing neurorehabilitation and neuromuscular electrophysiology he practices pain management with an integrative and interventional approach. He is a clinical associate faculty member at Eastern Virginia Medical School, and is currently a clinical investigator on the first randomized control trial design of Heart Rate Variability (HRV) biofeedback for the treatment of chronic pain in veterans at the Dorn V.A. Medical Center in Columbia, South Carolina.
Dr. Gharbo speaks nationally and internationally on how to apply HRV concepts in a practical manner to improve performance, reduce burnout, and for leadership in athletics, arts, and healthcare programs. He is a Certified HeartMath Practitioner.
