The Resilience Advantage is an engaging, activity-based, resilience and wellness workshop for organizational staff or individuals wanting to improve health, well-being, communications and decision making skills while increasing productivity.
Certification to deliver the Resilience Advantage program is conducted via five individual tele-mentoring sessions and four days of in person immersive training. Once certified, trainers are licensed to conduct public workshops or train staff in organizations such as companies, hospitals, clinics and health-care companies, nonprofit organizations, government institutions, schools, universities, community and social-service agencies.
The Resilience Advantage course content may be presented in its entirety (1 day workshop), delivered as individual modules or embedded into existing training programs.
Your license agreement is valid for one year and will automatically renew for additional 1 year periods with annual minimum purchase requirement of HeartMath materials, or the agreed upon annual license renewal fee.

Registration Process and how to begin
Complete the application form and click the “submit application” button. You will receive an immediate confirmation e-mail that you will be contacted to set up a call with a HeartMath representative.
A 30 – 45 minute phone interview to answer questions will take place to complete the approval process and then you will receive your confirmation package. At that point you will be scheduled for the first phase of the program, your tele-mentoring sessions.
Modules can be mixed and matched to create different learning workshops
For independent trainers the license automatically renews for additional 1 year periods when you obtain a minimum of $2,000 worth of training materials–products, guidebooks, etc., during a 12 month period from the completion of the certification training.
For organizations that have contracted to have trainers, trained renewal will be based on a dialog with your account executive in relation to achieving your organization’s goals, plus payment of the annual license renewal fee

Most West Coast events will take place at the Institute of HeartMath Research Facility in beautiful Boulder Creek, California, a one-hour drive from San Jose International airport. Other events such as East Coast are held in select locations.
*Note: For events held at the Institute of HeartMath facility lodging (double occupancy) for 4 nights is available for an additional fee for a limited number of people and provided on a first come first serve basis. Recommended lodging for the training events is available upon request
All HeartMath Certified Trainers will receive regular e-mail messages containing program updates, stories, and strategies for their program deliveries. A HeartMath representative will be appointed to guide you through the training process. You will have access to updated documents, marketing materials, articles, videos, new materials, stories etc. on the extranet trainer website.
