I am Board Certified in Applied Psychopysiology and Biofeedback.I have been a Psychotherapist for over 25 years. I am a Licensed 1-1 HeartMath Provider, Licensed See Provider/Stop Emotional Eating, Licensed Qualified Instructor for the Resilient Educator Program, Licensed in Cut Thru, and a Certified HeartMath Practitioner in the HeartMath Clinical Intervention Program. My expertise is in anxiety and stress management, optimal performance resiliency training and anxiety around food and weight issues. I am also involved in working with different branches of the Military, teaching self regulation and emotional refocusing tools and techniques.I also work with future 1-1 providers who need to satisfy their pre-requisite requirement by going through the 4 sessions of The Voyage. All sessions in all areas, can be conducted via the phone.I work with all ages.
