Hello!
I'm Euphrasia, and my practice and appreciation of HeartMath's tools began in 1987, when I joined Doc Childre and the HeartMath launch team. During my 15 years working on staff at HeartMath, I was involved in a wide variety of exciting and heart-centered projects.
In 2003, I began my 1-on-1 Provider practice, and have worked with many, many people -- many of whom are interested in becoming HeartMath 1-on-1 Providers themselves.
Whether you are wanting to satisfy the prerequisite requirement for becoming a Provider, or if you are simply desiring to learn HeartMath tools, techniques, and research basics, here is my suggestion for getting started:
I work together with you to meet your goals by guiding you on a Voyage to Heart Intelligence, HeartMath's 4-session course. In this wonderful journey, you'll explore many of the profound, effective yet simple HeartMath techniques, and apply them to your life for immediate results.
Our sessions will be via telephone, which I have found provides you with these ideal benefits: convenience, the comfort of your own home or office, and an ease in communicating that seems to be enhanced in telephone conversations. (And of course, all our work together is confidential.)
If you want to discover the power of your heart's intelligence, going through the Voyage can take you far along the journey! You may feel complete with the 4 sessions, or discover that they are a springboard to ongoing work. I have worked with many clients for years, some on and off as they feel the need for support, and some on a regular basis.
If you are pursuing your 1-on-1 Provider status, our work together includes not only personal/professional applications for YOU, but also "sidebar" dialogue about ways in which the material is likely to apply to your clients, patients, or students.
