I provide solutions from the heart to my clients to help them ride the waves of change that they are experiencing with poise and grace. I work with clients across the country either in person or by phone.
I am licensed in the following HeartMath programs:
1) Stopping Emotional Eating – a customized individual program to help you recognize your emotional eating triggers, reduce your stress without depending on food to feel better, and replace comfort food with comfort emotions.
2) HeartMath programs such as Revitalize You!™ and other programs to help you learn tools and techniques to improve your health and well-being.
3) Pre-requisite training for those preparing to be 1-on-1 HeartMath Providers.
I also work with individuals and organizations in the areas of leadership, personal and 360-degree assessments, organizational effectiveness, group facilitation, and organizational problem-solving.
I am a member of the International Coach Federation and a graduate of Coach U and the University of Dayton.
