My credentials are varied. I have a doctorate in Immunology and Microbiology which formally taught me about the human body's exquisite ability to heal itself. I am a daughter and a parent and those "life positions" continue to teach me humility. I worked for years as an enrollment director for an alternative school which taught me that each person I meet is both a part of the whole while also amazingly unique.
My training through HeartMath as a 1-on-1 provider has shown me easily-learned, concrete steps, accessible to all, for managing stress, anxiety and so much more.
