I have been providing compassionate coaching and support in the HeartMath skills since 2006. I work in person and over the phone. Adults and children welcome.
I am a Licensed 1-1 HeartMath Provider, Licensed See Provider/Stop Emotional Eating, Licensed Qualified Instructor for the Resilient Educator Program, and Licensed in Cut Thru. I have a master's degree Organization and Human Resource Education, with an emphasis on learning and emotions. I have 30 years experience in business, teaching and coaching. I also work with businesses and executives in the area of organizational change from a broad perspective.
As a trained volunteer counseling for 8 years, I worked with women and children who experienced domestic violence and interpersonal challenges. I conducted a very successful research study in a State women's prison, teaching emotional intelligence to inmates using HeartMath as the key method of change. I started coaching HeartMath because of the tremendous benefit I found personally and saw for the people I worked with in the prison. I continue to see wonderful benefits for my clients, adults and children.
