Kristin has over 15 years experience in the health and wellness field, where her career focus was on improving the well-being and viability of organizations and their employees. Kristin served as a consultant and trainer for a diverse range of clients, including Fortune 500 corporations, state and local governments and non-profit entities. She specialized in the areas of stress management, work/family balance and health and wellness.
Now based in Santa Fe, New Mexico, Kristin is a HeartMath practitioner at the Santa Fe Soul Health and Healing Center. There she coaches individuals on a range of personal issues, including stress management, emotional eating, parenting and wellness.
Since discovering the HeartMath tools almost 15 years ago, Kristin has been on a steady journey toward more wellness, balance and ease in her life. In addition to her HeartMath practice, Kristin is an active volunteer and is on the Board of the Santa Fe Waldorf School. Whenever possible, she enjoys the beautiful New Mexico outdoors with her husband, Bill and their children, Adam and Olivia.
