Gay has been in private practice since 2002, specializing in coaching people to overcome depression, anxiety, high blood pressure and other chronic and lifestyle diseases which respond to alternative interventions.
Her practice is focused on retraining the breath and engaging the heart. She has a BA in Psychology, studied at the Esalen Institute for 2 years, is a Certified Radical Forgiveness Coach, Certified Transformational Breath Facilitator, Certified Health Coach and a Licensed HeartMath Provider. She works with clients all over the country and in her office in Cincinnati. She also provides Health Coaching services to corporations. |
