Laura comes from a background in nursing with experience in pediatrics and Occupational Health. She has spent over 15 years in the corporate world as an Occupational Health nurse, Pharmaceutical Sales representative and Manager of Government Affairs for a large global pharmaceutical company.
With a clear understanding of the relationship between stress,emotions and their impact on health and performance, Laura works with individuals to help them achieve physical, mental and emotional balance.
Laura is a licensed One on One HeartMath provider and Stop Emotional Eating (SEE) provider. Her primary focus is on helping reduce stress and improve the quality of health, performance and relationships for her clients. Her offerings include:
