Carolyn has a diverse educational background in both counselling psychology and health promotion. She has worked with major corporations and small not-for-profits.
Carolyn now specializes in teaching/coaching clients to use stress management techniques to create fulfilling, balanced, happy lives. She works with a broad range of clients on a 1 to 1 basis.
