How emWave Works

Using emWave
emWave is easy to use. Simply place your thumb on the sensor or attach the ear sensor. After your pulse is detected a breathing pacer synchronizes to your heart rhythms. Follow the Quick Coherence Technique, included with the emWave and you are on your way.
