Enjoy life. Focus on the positive. Start your day out with 15 minutes (get up early) of good positive stuff, ie, book, cd, or meditation. End your day the same way. Avoid the toxic and negative news when you can.
If you start and end your day right, you will find, things go smoother in Life.
If you start and end your day with the Radio, and TV news, then its your fault. Your mind will remember the last thing that goes in and also the first thing that goes in. (GIGO, garbage in garbage out theory)
Surround, yourself with positive people, avoid the negative and the toxic people. That does not mean you have to give up your friends, but if they are negative or toxic, spend less time with them.
