With the increasing emotional stress levels of individuals and businesses and rising health care costs, health needs to become a key metric of social responsibility and in GIIRS metrics. It seems obvious that sustainability has to include sustainable health. It’s time for socially responsible companies to acknowledge the emotional and physical health of their employees as a critical metric to their success.
