HeartMath works with each individual hospital to train individual practitioners to work with their clients in a one to one application of the HeartMath technology and system. Program components include:

Practitioner Instruction:

Three (3) Telephone Sessions for up to 10 practitioners:

2-hour session includes:

  • Heart Rate Variability Research
  • Product Training (emWave® technology products to use with patients)
  • Intro to Quick Coherence® technique

1-hour session includes:

  • Question and Answer period
  • Instruction in Neutral, Heart Lock-in™ and Attitude Breathing™ techniques

1-hour session includes:
