The HeartMath Interventions Certification Program (HMI) offers licensed health care practitioner's in-depth information on the science of heart rate variability (HRV) and its relationship to stress, health and emotional self-regulation. If you are looking for more detailed information on how to use the emWave2® or the emWave Desktop (computer software) for yourself or to use in your practice, join us for a free one- hour orientation training each Tuesday at noon PST for the emWave2 at PST and Wednesday at 2:00 PST for the emWave Desktop (computer program). Relieve Stress Anytime, Anywhere and Feel Better in the Moment

Are you looking for an immediate stress solution for your employees?

HeartMath has distilled its years of research and educational content into a simple one hour module that can be delivered to your employees anytime, anywhere to help them reduce stress.

One or more of your staff members are trained to deliver this one-hour session to employees in your organization. In the session employees will learn the impact that stress has on the body, a stress reduction technique and see a demonstration on how to balance their physiology. Employees will learn this easy to use tool that facilitates them to quickly stop the stress and at the same time create a physiological state that supports peak performance, increased mental clarity, and improvements in health and well-being.

• An understanding on how stress affects them physically, mentally and emotionally.
• A new technique they can practice for reducing stress.
• A handout to assist them in on-going use.

PRESENTER TRAINING PROGRAM INCLUDES:

• Three hours of live instruction by HeartMath faculty via two 90-minute webinars.
• Slide presentation and electronic handouts.
• Electronic templates for literature, table signs and posters to announce the session.
• Daily and weekly reminders for session attendees.

MATERIALS KIT:
