HeartMath is referenced in over 300 books, a number of which are written by esteemed best-selling authors such as Dr. Christiane Northrup, Dr. Deepak Chopra, Dr. Barry Sears, Patricia Aburdene, and Stephen R. Covey. HeartMath studies have focused on the psychophysiology of positive emotions and their impact on the quality of our life, health, and relationships. Much of this work has helped to break new ground in the scientific understanding of cardiac coherence and has greatly contributed to the research on heart rate variability, heart coherence and heart–brain interactions.
