By 1997 our corporate solutions had gained increasing success and impact, and we founded HeartMath LLC. Our easy-to-use solutions dramatically--and quantifiably--boost performance and health for both the individual and the organization. HeartMath programs have now been used by more than 100,000 executives, managers, staff, physicians, educators, health professionals, athletes, as well as individuals dedicated to improving their performance, health and well-being.

More than a decade of research, published in a variety of peer-reviewed journals, confirms a single, fundamental premise:  Unleashing the full power of an organization starts with empowering the individual. When we're internally self-managed – feeling balanced, in control, and powerful--we make our greatest contribution. We act, not react. We think creatively. We communicate clearly. We manage well under pressure. We make good decisions. Our most inspiring leadership qualities emerge. When dozens, hundreds, thousands, of employees work to that zone of peak performance, so does the organization.

HeartMath clinical studies have dramatically demonstrated the critical link between emotion, heart function and cognitive performance. HeartMath case studies have proven significant business outcomes with measurable improvements in leadership performance, sales effectiveness, customer service, staff retention, cost reductions, health, and overall performance.

Additionally, HeartMath has been internationally recognized for providing leading-edge products and programs for people interested in personal development and improved emotional, mental and physical health. Through our programs and products delivered by our staff and through our network of alliance partners and licensees, we are having a global impact on society, helping the world move from chaos to coherence.

Maybe you've heard of us.

Deborah Rozman, Ph.D., Strategic Advisor
Deborah Rozman, Ph.D., is President of Quantum Intech, Inc. and a psychologist and author. Quantum Intech (QI) is a technology and software licensing company, founded by Doc Childre, that develops and licenses proprietary products "powered by HeartMath" to reduce stress, improve health, and increase performance. QI's mission is to increase coherence within as many individuals and organizations as possible worldwide by licensing its products and services into five key markets - business, health, sports, entertainment (games and toys), and education (schools).

QI's flagship computer-based product, Freeze-Framer®, measures users' autonomic nervous system state (emotional balance) and provides precise, immediate feedback to the user on that state. Users are then able to understand and improve their autonomic responses through QI's emotional management methodology called the HeartMath System®, which trains adults and children to control their emotional state and reduce stress, thereby improving health and performance. The System is based on fifteen years of research by the Institute of HeartMath (IHM) and HeartMath LLC. Dr. Rozman was a founding director of the Institute of HeartMath and continues to serve on the Institute's Scientific Advisory Board and on the governing board of HeartMath LLC.

Dr. Rozman is a key spokesperson for the HeartMath system, giving media interviews and keynote addresses on heart intelligence and intui-technologies for executives, scientists and health professionals throughout the world.
