Featured ImageLove, appreciation and care are words we see a lot of on Valentine's Day. Yet unless sincerely felt, they’re just words on a greeting card.

What we feel doesn't stop at the skin. And others can sense it. Have you ever wondered what is it you 'pick up' when you walk into a meeting and you can 'cut the tension with a knife'? Or when you're 'on the same wave length' with someone you just met; or you 'tune in' to a small child; or a friend tells you 'I caught your vibes, man'?

The heart generates an electromagnetic field instruments can measure several feet away from the body. The information encoded in this field changes based upon what we are feeling. We all have examples of the existence of this energy. How, when we're physically close to someone who is angry or fearful, cheerful or caring, we can actually feel it! We’re all individual radio towers, broadcasting what we’re feeling all the time.

How do you want to fill your 'field'?

This Valentine's Day, and every day for that matter, sincerely feel the emotions behind the flowers, candy and cards. Broadcast the message you truly want to send.

Take care,
Kim Allen
