HeartMath staff retention program implemented at Delnor Community Hospital (Chicago). Turnover rates dropped from 26.9% to 5.9% for HeartMath trained staff, overall institutional turnover dropped from 26.9% to 21%, Total first year savings related to turnover = $800,000.
